Unibeam SASE
Secure Access
Service Edge
Easy access.
Rock-solid security.
Unibeam’s Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution meets the changing networking and security needs of businesses like yours in a cloud-first, hybrid work world.
The old network security model, based on centralized data centers and perimeter defenses, no longer works for most businesses. Today, your employees connect to networks and apps from remote locations, branch offices, and the cloud. This makes it essential to have a secure, scalable, and unified solution. SASE’s SIM-based authentication makes sure your team can securely access network or internal resources, no matter where they are.
Unibeam SASE:
Security That Keeps You Productive
Unibeam SASE gives your team fast, secure access to the tools they need, wherever they work from. SASE uses Unibeam’s unique SIM-based authentication and the principles of Zero Trust to extend and enhance your existing authentication systems. Whether your employees are in the office or remote, SASE simplifies access to the company resources they need to do their jobs. At the same time, it makes your business safer, more compliant, and easier to manage.
What Does SASE Do?
Security professionals agree that passwords and MFA are no longer enough because attackers have found ways to get around them. Businesses need stronger, more advanced security measures to protect against modern threats.
Unibeam SASE replaces outdated security methods with intelligent, identity-driven, hardware-based security using SIM/eSIM authentication. SASE binds each user’s SIM/eSIM persona to their mobile device. This ensures that only authorized users can access company resources. It also simplifies the user experience by eliminating outdated, easily compromised methods like SMS codes or software-only solutions.
Since it’s built on Zero Trust, SASE never rests. It continuously verifies users, devices, and data in the background. This means that your team can focus on doing what they do what they do best – without worrying about compromising security.
Like all Unibeam solutions, SASE works the way you work. It integrates seamlessly with existing IdP systems, simplifying logins via single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). For IT teams, SASE streamlines operations by consolidating tools and policies, making it easier to manage security and compliance.
-
01
One-Time User Login
Whether on-site or remote, you start by entering your username and password into your device.
-
02
MFA Challenge
Once your credentials are validated, the system sends a secure, personalized MFA (multi-factor authentication) prompt to your phone using your mobile number.
-
03
SIM-Based Authentication
Since your phone’s SIM/eSIM and device are cryptographically bound to your account, SASE can ensure the login request comes from your registered device. A pop-up will appear on your phone asking you to approve or deny the login attempt. You can also ignore if it wasn’t intentional.
-
04
Verification
Your phone sends your response, along with unique SIM and device identifiers, back to the SASE cloud. These are checked against what’s stored in the company’s Active Directory to confirm it’s really you.
-
05
Access Granted or Denied
Based on your response and company policies, you’re either granted access or blocked. If blocked, the attempt is logged for review.
